Today we had our last training session in Finland. Next, and last one before Worlds will be in Vancouver. At last we got some sunshine and heat to Helsinki, and boy did we enjoy it. The practice went well and we all confessed that we have learned something during the spring and summer. We’re traveling to Vancouver with great confidence and really looking forward to some tough games.

Preliminary Game Schedule
July 15, 2008 · Leave a Comment
The draft of the game schedule has been released, and the pool games for us are as follows (at least until the schedule is updated):
Sunday 3.8.
10:30 Switzerland
14:30 Italy
Monday 4.8.
9:00 Ireland
14:00 USA
Tuesday 5.8.
8:30 Mexico
16:30 Australia
Wednesday 6.8.
8:30 New Zealand
and then we’ll know which position we are at in our pool and who we play in the cross overs and play offs…
And for our Finninsh readers, the time difference between Vancouver and Helsinki is 10 hours, so the games are in the middle of the night and you can check the results here first thing in the next morning.
